No personal data collected
Howaryu does not collect any personal data. Posts are anonymous and do not contain any information that could identify you. IP addresses are not stored. Each piece of good news posted is also sent, with its category and language, to a private Telegram channel of the moderation team so it can be reviewed quickly: Telegram therefore receives this text, which is already public on the site. No other information is sent.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical session cookie (PHPSESSID) remembers your language, a count of your votes over the last hour (to limit abuse) and, for the moderation team, the login; it expires after one hour. Your light or dark theme choice and whether the wall is frozen are stored only in your browser (localStorage).
Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your data. However, as no personal data is collected, this request is not applicable.
Security
Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
